Gluten and Lactose free pizza

How said that I can’t eat Pizza?Ingredients:Udi’s gluten free and lactose free pizza crustVegetables: any you desireMeat: any that your desireSauce: white or tomato sauce. Lactose and gluten free white sauces are hard to find but I found that artichoke white sauce does the trick and you don’t have to worry about the strong flavor nor the smell of artichokes. For red sauce you can make your own with tomato paste, onions, mushrooms, and herb de provance or Italian seasoning. Boil until thick enough. If you don’t want to buy a sauce make sure it’s organic, non-GMO, and gluten-lactose free.Procedure:Udi’s pizza crust is a white canvas where you can put anything you want.In my pizza I put red sauce, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, peppers, and Daiya cheese. You can also put meatballs, Italian sausage, chorizo, and goat cheese. You can go light with seafood or sweet with figs.In these personal pizzas if as personal as it can get.Put in an oven for 350 degrees for 10 minutes or in a really hot barbecue for 5-7 minutes.
