do it the right way, don’t cut corners


  1. 4 slices/wedges lime

  2. 1/2 bottle club soda unsweetened

  3. 1 bottle mini 50ml Bacardi

  4. 9 -12 leaves mint/ yerba buena (depending on size )

  5. 2 tsp sugar


  1. squeeze limes

  2. pour sugar

  3. muddle 5 times

  4. gently clap into your hand the mint leaves, rub on the rim of the glass and put them in the glass

  5. fill glass with ice

  6. pour bacardi

  7. stir
