http://www.visitponce.com/Type: all familyaddress: go south on route 52 until you see some big letters that say ponce, you will see a lot of exits, take the one that says Ponce centro/ Ponce, center of town

parking: limited and depending on the placeservices:1. Parque de Bombas: the old firefighter headquarters of the city, actually used as a museum

2. Catillo Serralles: the mansion of the Serralles family, the family that created Don Q rum. Its currently a museum, its really pretty and had Spanish style furniture and architecture, the garden reminded me of the Versailles Garden. you can ride an elevator up to the observation deck inside the cross you see in the photo. Open Thu-Sun 9:30am-5:30pm, admissions $3.00, children $1.50, groups must reserve in advance, (787) 259-1774

3. Museo de Arte de Ponce: it has a permanent collection of classical style art, the most famous is flaming June. they also have special exhibitions of more modern arts, and performance art. they also have space for local artists. Open daily 10am – 5pm. Admission: Adults $4, children $2, (787) 848-0511 or (787) 848-0505.4. visit the plaza and church

food: there alot of places to eat, specially in the mallcomment: limited parking, one way streets, easy to get lost unless you have contacts in ponce or a map. comfortable clothes and shoes, it always tends to be dry and hot in Ponce
