Ingredients:
potatoes a potato per person
basil 10 -12 leaves
olive oil pour a few tablespoons at a time until basil is fully chopped
salt and pepper to taste
almonds 1-2 handfuls
procedure:
blend almonds, basil, salt and pepper
chop potatoes into six pieces, try to make them as uniform as possible so the bake evenly
pour pesto over potatoes
bake potatoes in a 350 degree oven until tender (like 10-15 min depending on size of potatoes
you can also boil potatoes first and pour pesto over them
